Swedish Massage
Also known as a "Relaxation Massage." A relaxing and invigorating full body massage that combines various modalities, such as deep tissue and neuromuscular techniques and hot stone techniques. It enhances the nerves, muscles, glands, circulation, as well as stimulates the skin. It reduces stress both emotional and physical, and is suggested in a regular program for stress management. It also has many specific medical uses.

Deep Tissue Massage
Also known as a "Therapeutic Massage." A full body massage that targets the chronic patterns of tension in the body at the deep tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue.
Deep Tissue Massage uses many of the same movements and techniques in a Swedish massage. However, the pressure will be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, and works to relieve chronic muscle tension and knots.

Hot Stone Massage
This specialty full body massage uses smooth, heated basalt stones that absorbs and retains heat. Due to the heat of the stones, it is highly relaxing and stress reducing. The heat helps tight muscles release and allows the Therapist to address specific problem areas with more detailed work or deeper pressure.
